Authors are invited to submit original contributions to ECIO27, covering the full technical scope of the conference, including telecom and datacom, imaging and sensing, quantum photonics, and neuromorphic computing.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must use the official ECIO paper template (download below) and are limited to two pages, plus one additional page for references and acknowledgements.
- Papers are submitted electronically as a PDF through the online submission system.
- At submission, select the sub-topic that best matches your paper’s content, and indicate your preferred presentation format (oral or poster).
- Provide the full list of authors and their affiliations.
Accepted Papers
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work on-site.
- Accepted papers are published in the conference proceedings via Optica Publishing Group, and indexed in Scopus and EI Compendex.
Formatting Requirements
- The abstract is limited to 35 words.
- Figures should use vector graphics where possible, remain legible in black and white, and be clearly labelled with units.
- References should follow the format shown in the template.
